At the same time, he has maintained his edge on the principles of nutrition and exercise therapies. He is a living example of the health disciplines he professes one should strive for. His commitment and dedication to his patients and to life's principles are unwavering.
Following his athletic injury plagued teen years, Dr. Tsiglieris decided to take responsibility for his own health. Subsequently, his personal research and chiropractic studies refined his working knowledge of diet and exercise, above all, developing his chiropractic expertise of neuro-spinal correction. After solving his own health problems, he realized that the most important aspect of health is making sure that the nervous system is able to function freely to maintain and heal the body. The goal of Dr. Tsiglieris' practice is to put the body in it's most optimum position and allow this to happen.
